Agreement, Cancellation Policy, Terms & conditions
Welcome to Jannette Sacred Healings Program. Prior to entering into a Intuitive Life /Energy Coaching relationship, please read the following agreement carefully. An electronic welcome and agreement packet with same information and more will be sent to you when you sign in for Intuitive coaching, please read carefully and indicate your understanding and agreement by signing and email it back to me. If you have questions, please consult me before signing.

1. I recommend a commitment to weekly sessions. A 3 to 6 months commitment ensures that you understand that it is hard work to change habits of thinking and acting, and that you are committed to making a concentrated effort and understand that it takes time.
2. Intuitive Life/Energy Coaching Packages or Individual Sessions will be billed prior to the first session via PayPal, Venmo or Quick Pay Zelle and payment needs to be received in order to begin our session / our coaching relationship.
3. Each session is between 50 to 75 minutes long and takes place by phone, Tele conference (Zoom) or skype.
4. I will bring myself to those Intuitive Spiritual Life /Energy coaching sessions free from distractions and respectfully request that you do the same. A coaching session in a public venue with distractions and background noise is not efficient.
5. We agree that we will each show up at the mutually scheduled time for our Intuitive coaching session and if you have to reschedule you will do so with a minimum of 24 hours notice. I certainly understand that emergencies do arise and will accommodate those on a case-by-case basis.
6. Should you “no-show” for two appointments during our coaching relationship (without notification or rescheduling) we will evaluate whether or not coaching is appropriate for you right now. If you’ve purchased a package and find yourself unable to use your sessions for any reason, you may put the remaining sessions on a 3-month hold. Session credits will not be carried out further than 3-months.
7. Coaching fees are nonrefundable should you decide to “quit” the process, as our complimentary session is designed to remove the possibility that we would not be a good fit.
8. I welcome communication between our calls via email jannettesacredhealing@gmail.com It is my expectation that you will reach out if you hit a “sticky” spot that you would like some feedback on, and that you will share the successes that you have on the way to creating your desired future.
9. All package includes follow up Q & A calls 30 min long, all calls must be use during the life of the coaching program.
10. I will call / connect with Jannette at the scheduled time (630-618-6621). I have read and agree to the working agreements above, and will honor them during our coaching relationship.
*All sessions are considered extremely private and personal, thus, everything is kept completely confidential. You information will never be shared with a third party for any reason.
Individual sessions Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy
If for some reason you have to cancel your session, we can reschedule at any time with reasonable notice, if necessary.
* To reschedule your session, simply send an email to jannettesacredhealing@gmail.com or a text to 630-618-6621. If you are running a little late for your session please call and leave a message or text me. Once payment is made for a session, it is generally non-refundable and can be applied to a later date, should you need to reschedule your session. If for some reason you pay for your reading /healing but decide you don’t want one right away, you can always reschedule for a future date within 3 month period.
* To cancel your session, please provide a 24 hour notice, or there will be a charge of $35.00 before we can set up a reschedule. If you cancel the session again without previous notice or don't show up, your session payment will be forfeited. All sessions begin promptly on time and if for some reason you are unable to answer the call or be here in person promptly at the time of your session or within the next 10 minutes of your appointment, we'll reschedule your session to another time.
* Individual Sessions will be billed prior to the first session via Venmo, PayPal or Zelle Quick Pay and payment needs to be received in order to begin our session.
This policy works both ways. If for some reason, I have to cancel and reschedule a session without 24 notice due to an unforeseen circumstance, I will credit you $35 towards your rescheduled session.
* Each client receives one free rescheduling before the session fees are forfeited all together.
*By purchasing you are agreeing to the terms of this disclaimer, “I certify that I am voluntarily seeking service from Jannette Ampier and take full responsibility for any/all outcomes”.
All sessions must be paid within 24 hours of booking, or the session will be cancelled.
